Nuttelex National Consumer Promotion

Contest full terms and conditions:

1. To take part in the draw, simply spend a minimum of $5 on Nuttelex products in one receipt from any retailer. Each valid receipt will earn you 1 (ONE) chance in the draw.
2. Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be supported by a different receipt number. Entries with duplicated receipt numbers will be automatically prompted by our system as an invalid entry.
3. Scan the QR code on the wobbler and register your personal details in the promotion web page. Alternatively, you can go to https://kaiserfoods.replyx.com.
4. This nation-wide promotion will run from 1st Oct to 30th Nov 2024. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on the 30th Nov 2024.
5. The following fields must be clearly visible in your original receipt when you upload it onto the web page - store name, date of purchase, receipt number, Nuttelex items purchased and amount of purchase.
6. A total of 12 winners will be drawn. The results will be published on Kaiser Foods SG Facebook page and Instagram handle on the 6th December 2024.
7. By participating in this contest, you agree for Kaiser Singapore Pte. Ltd. to collect your data for the purpose of administering this contest in accordance with the PDPA. You understand and accept without condition, Kaiser Singapore Pte. Ltd. may use the information and photos, if any, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes in manners it deems fit.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. Winners have to come personally to our office to collect their prizes
10. Kaiser Foods Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another of similar value at its discretion.
11. Kaiser Foods Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions from time to time without any notification and Kaiser Foods Singapore Pte. Ltd’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final.
